Keep Your New Year's Resolutions with Gale Courses

Well, 2020 has finally arrived. With the fresh new year ahead, many of us choose to make New Year’s Resolutions.

According to a survey, the most popular New Year’s Resolutions for 2019 were:

You probably already know that we have books on just about every subject you could wish for, but if you’re looking for more support or accountability than a book can offer, check out Gale Courses. These are free, instructor-led courses you can take online, on your own time. Gale Courses gives you easy access to lifelong learning opportunities including professional development, technology, and personal enrichment courses.

Available 24/7, Gale Courses provides more than 360 six-week long, online programs taught by college instructors. New courses begin each month (the next round starts January 15th), and lessons are assigned twice a week, enhanced with images, videos, and even games to support varied learning styles. These courses offer a self-paced learning environment and engagement with fellow students and instructor through weekly discussion boards.

But who are these courses for? Honestly, with so many classes available, there really is something for everyone. Professionals can benefit from communication, entrepreneurship, human resources, management, manufacturing, and marketing offerings. If your goal is to enhance your computer and technology skills, Gale has courses suiting skill levels from Beginner to Advanced in software, computer applications, web design, and programming.
