Grab-And-Go Storytime Kits

Ms. Terika will be prepping Storytime-to-go kits each week in September. Each kit will have an educational activity and a craft for the week's theme! Pick up will be at the table in front of the Children's Information Desk, starting Mondays at 9am, and will be available until supplies run out. Please wear a face covering and follow our Social Distancing Policy when you pick up your kits!

StoryWalk® is an innovative and delightful way for children — and adults! — to enjoy reading and the outdoors at the same time. Laminated pages from a children's book are attached to wooden stakes, which are installed along an outdoor path. The StoryWalk begins near the entrance of the library, and follows the sidewalk to our beautiful Patrons Park! There's a new book each month!

In-Person Storytimes On Hold Until Further Notice

We have several storytime sessions to choose from each week!

Baby/toddler storytime takes place on Wednesdays at 9:15 a.m. for ages 0-24 months. This is about 15 minutes of songs, rhymes, and very short stories, followed by bubbles and playtime!

Preschool storytime sessions usually last about half an hour and consist of songs, stories, and rhymes, and the children can stay after storytime for a craft. Preschool storytime takes place on Tuesday and Wednesday mornings at 10 a.m. and most Thursday evenings at 6:30 p.m. unless there's a performer or special event. Preschool storytime has a different theme each week.

All storytime sessions are drop-in and do not require advance registration.
